Golds Bets Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player ("you", "your", "Member"), and Golds Bets ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Golds Bets website, mobile site, games, sports betting services, live casino, bonuses and any related features or services offered under the Golds Bets brand.

These Terms apply to all Members of Golds Bets regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager at Golds Bets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Golds Bets. Where specific promotions or bonuses are offered, separate promotional terms apply and will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

To register and maintain an account at Golds Bets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Golds Bets does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties and accounts controlled by automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Golds Bets account. One account per person is the strict rule — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth, contact email address and phone number. False information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login. Golds Bets will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Golds Bets reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport or utility bill) from any Member at any time. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until satisfactory verification is provided. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Golds Bets complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Golds Bets makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself on this point.

All financial transactions at Golds Bets are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

Golds Bets does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. The payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which Golds Bets is not responsible. Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for mobile wallet transfers and two to four hours for IBFT bank transfers, subject to standard banking system processing.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the same name as the registered Golds Bets account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect Members from unauthorised access and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where verification has not previously been completed.

Golds Bets reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawals as part of standard fraud prevention procedures. Where such checks are required, we will communicate with the Member directly and aim to complete the process within 24 hours. The platform does not hold customer funds for longer than necessary and does not apply arbitrary delays to withdrawal requests from verified accounts in good standing.

Golds Bets offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

Welcome Bonus: New Members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus is credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the total of the deposit plus bonus amount. For example, a Rs 2,000 deposit with a Rs 2,000 bonus creates a total of Rs 4,000, requiring Rs 120,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus component becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting contributes 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and RNG table games contribute 10%.

Referral Bonuses: PKR cash credited through the Golds Bets refer-a-friend programme carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. Refer-a-friend bonuses are credited within 24 hours of a qualifying referral completing the required conditions.

Weekly Cashback: 15% weekly cashback on net casino losses is credited as real PKR cash with no wagering requirement on every Monday. The cashback applies to the previous calendar week's net casino losses only and excludes sports betting activity.

Golds Bets reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other practice intended to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.

All sports bets placed at Golds Bets are subject to these general betting rules. Specific rules for individual sports are published in the sports betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Golds Bets. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without giving a reason, including but not limited to bets that exceed our risk limits or bets that we suspect have been placed in bad faith.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet may differ from the final odds if the bet is not confirmed in real time. Pre-match odds are locked at the time of bet acceptance. In-play odds reflect the live state of the match and may fluctuate rapidly.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before reaching the minimum required period for the applicable sport, if there is a clear and obvious error in the published odds, or if the event outcome data used for settlement is subsequently found to be incorrect.
• Settlement: Bets are settled using official results from recognised sporting bodies. Golds Bets aims to settle all sports bets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. If a result is disputed or subject to review, settlement may be delayed until the official outcome is confirmed.
• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated excluding the void selection. The remaining selections continue to determine the outcome of the bet.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum single payout limit as displayed in the sports betting section of the platform.

In-play betting at Golds Bets allows Members to place bets on events in progress. In-play betting requires a stable internet connection as odds update continuously. Golds Bets is not responsible for delays in bet submission caused by connectivity issues on the Member's side. Bets submitted during a delay are processed at the odds available at the time of server-side acceptance, not at the odds displayed on the Member's screen at the time of submission.

The Golds Bets online casino and live casino operate under the following rules applicable to all Members playing any casino game on the platform.

RNG Casino Games: All online casino games (slots, RNG table games, instant win games, crash games and virtual sports) operate using certified Random Number Generator systems. RNG certificates and RTP (Return to Player) rates are published for each game and verified by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform or the size of any bet.

Live Casino: Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger and others) are streamed in real time from professional studios with human dealers. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins) and are not subject to influence by Golds Bets. All bets must be placed before the betting window closes as announced by the dealer. Late bets are not accepted.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical error or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a casino game, Golds Bets reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction and return the wagered amount to the affected Members. No further claims will be entertained in respect of bets voided under this clause.

Disconnection: If you are disconnected from a live casino game during an active hand or round, Golds Bets will resolve the game according to the platform's disconnection policy applicable to that game type, which is displayed within each game's rules. You should familiarise yourself with the disconnection policy for each game before playing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Golds Bets. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or using different details
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Placing bets using information obtained through insider access, match-fixing arrangements or any form of cheating
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets, access the platform or exploit any feature of the service
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, sports betting or any other competitive game format
• Exploiting errors in software, pricing or promotional mechanics — commonly known as "bugging" — to gain an unfair advantage. If you notice an error, you must report it to support rather than exploiting it
• Using the Golds Bets platform to launder money or process transactions on behalf of third parties
• Attempting to withdraw funds through a payment method not in your registered name
• Engaging in abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour towards Golds Bets staff or other Members

Golds Bets employs fraud detection systems that monitor account and betting activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where our systems or staff identify potential violations, we will investigate before taking action. Members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all accumulated bonuses, bonus-derived winnings and any pending withdrawals associated with the prohibited activity.

Golds Bets reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals will be processed promptly. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any forfeited balances will be retained in accordance with these Terms.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting Golds Bets support. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after identity verification, subject to any applicable pending withdrawals completing normally.

Accounts that have been self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme will be closed immediately upon request and will not be re-opened during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests by the Member to reverse the exclusion.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we will not be liable for losses caused by platform downtime, maintenance periods or interruptions beyond our control.

Our liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that Member's account at the time of the incident. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including but not limited to lost profits from bets not placed due to platform unavailability.

Dispute Process: If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a payment, a bonus or any other aspect of your Golds Bets account, the following process applies:

1. Contact Golds Bets support via live chat or email at support@goldsbets.bet, providing your account details and the nature of the dispute.
2. Our support team will investigate and provide a response within 48 hours for most standard disputes. Complex matters involving bet settlement reviews may take up to five business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request an escalated review by our compliance team. This request must be made within 14 days of the initial response.
4. The decision of the compliance review constitutes the final decision of Golds Bets on the matter.

All disputes must be raised in writing via support channels. Golds Bets will not consider disputes raised through informal channels or social media as formal complaints for the purpose of this process.

Golds Bets reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor changes, including corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, with the last updated date displayed at the top of this page, is always the version that applies to your use of Golds Bets.

Your continued use of the Golds Bets platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
